Orientation Sessions

All New Students enrolled in PE 101 are required to make an appointment for an orientation and testing session.

At orientation students will receive all necessary paperwork and information needed to successfully complete the course.   Be prepared to have a doctor's release if you:

• are over the age of 69
• taking medication
• or answer yes to any question on the PAR-Q

Exercise attire is not required for orientation. Please be there on time! All orientation will be held in the Prairie State College Fitness Center. To make your orientation appointment, please call (708) 709-3778 or (708) 709-3779. 

Each orientation will last approximately 30 minutes. Students will schedule an appointment for their individual Pretest during the orientation. If you are unable to attend one of the orientations or pretest, please call the Prairie State College Fitness Center to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
